Support for MkII Controllers

- MkII Controllers can be installed with the new version of the app (Infix and Zhaga)
- MkII Controllers can also be firmware updated when a new firmware is available

DALI Driver connection check

- During installation/commissioning, the DALI driver connection will be checked and the user be notified if the connection doesn’t work.

It is now possible to assign a scene to multiple luminaires in the Citygrid app. To do that, select multiple luminaires and assign a scene as usual.

It is now possible to ask to retrieve D4i memory banks data from the LMS. The button is found on the side panel.
